How to Setup
on Windows with Client
Uplinks VPN Client for Windows 7+ is available to download as an alternative.
You can also use Uplinks VPN without any client on Windows. Please refer to this Guide.
Tips: Please update Windows to latest version, and try to install the Encryption Certificate in case some authorization error occurs.

Download and install Uplinks VPN app for Windows first. Sign in with the following username and password.
